The only division of the San Bernardino Superior Court in which citizens may file probate is the San Bernardino Civil/Probate Division at 247 West Third Street, San Bernardino, CA 92415-0212. The clerk’s office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
