The Clerk’s office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. San Joaquin County Probate Examiner

How to Close Probate in San Joaquin County

As part of the probate process, the probate representative must notify all creditors and interested parties (beneficiaries and heirs) of the probate.
