To hire our service for legal document preparation, you must provide contact information (like name and address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to remit payment pursuant to the California mandatory Contract for Services. You may be requested to complete an online interview form. Any information submitted through this system, whether partially or fully complete, may be immediately utilized by our office to commence services we have been requested to perform on your behalf.
Our office retains the right to accept or reject new cases based on the number of current, active cases. This makes sure we have sufficient staff on hand to properly and timely work on matters for which we have been hired.
